I am very serious about it since 3 or so data handlers have wasted my time with this and I can't stand 1 more person wasting my time. I really need the data, but if someone will waste my time, I would rather not have the data. There is a situation where we had to call in the cops for some 'reputable firm' which insisted on payment per hour before showing us the data, only to realize the guy had done nothing and only wanted money. @Joseph - if you can take my two conditions, I'll pay you what you ask for promptly, but if you take the challenge and give me excuses, you better pay me for wasting my time.
