The issue here lies squarely in your routing and IP addressing schemes:
i. Routing is sorted as as you said you got router. ii. Make sure each branch is identifiable by its addressing scheme.
So the next step is set up these routes to access these branches, setup proper access rules and carry out Nat where you see fit depending on load but you can do it at the HQ router with Internet access up-link.
Simple and all are up with proper security access.
