Hmm, that's an interesting one. Wonder what is the purpose of that restriction. To avoid some kind of cheating or technical limitations?
So what happen if someone by a token and loose it before loading ? Happen a couple of times to me but with cellphone. Shopping at Nakumatta, I get the receipt and throw it on my way out forgetting that receipt also double as airtime token.
