We do rarely experience a few cases of downtime on the parking system and if they occur then they don’t last for long. The parking system is very critical to Nairobi City County such that if it goes down for a day there will be no revenue collected.
Please note that one can pay for his/her parking through the following methods:-
1. USSD Dial *217#
2. Mobile application downloadable from playstore
3. Go to http://epayments.nairobi.go.ke
4. Jambopay agents
