have you tried to call the 5 Million Number... Sorry !! if you are calling from a cell phone.. The only benefit you get is listening to a non ending IVR which doesn't solve your problems.
I wish they could make good use of the IVR. e,g.

To resolve your address press 2
to access your gateway press 3
or something , may be this would reduce the frustrations.
But i know by now, get a techies cell phone and create a rapport with them and you will always be sorted in zero time - this is not what it is supposed to be !!!!!!!.

I hate to be in their shoes right now but its not only a KDN issue not collecting equipment after refunds. I also have a motorola canopy and a ups not collected almost an year after refund. Am actually considering charging them storing cost if they ever come to collect them.
