Now I feel bad for having starting all this criticism of Zuku. Besides this one outage it has been quite good. Once in a while the internet goes down for an hour or two but I have yet to find a consumer level ISP in Africa or the US that doesn't have brief outages like that. The speed of the 8mpbs connection is pretty good considering that it is shared. I usually get close to 1mpbs at peak times and have hit 7mpbs at odd hours when no one else is online. They do need to fix their automated phone system and make sure you can get to a live person without the help of skunkworks but I would still recommend the service to my friends. Josh
