Quick one on this: Every month, my bill comes with a fixed charge of Ksh 120, how does this factor into the pre paid one? If i top up, does the 120 get added? Additionally, if i am to argue logically, with prepaid, there is no elecman coming to check, so his fuel, his salary , his expenses which i would assume are added into my bill should be deducted.
