well, you are directly connected to your ISP who seem to be having problems with their routers/servers. Maybe a network guru can advise if its possible to avoid that route, or call your account manager and tell them an expert has pinpointed the problem. If you call customer care,ask for a person who knowa at least 3 programming languages :-)
