It wasnt much of a question which is better than the other, rather which is easier to customize and play around without suits n counter suits and/or jail breaking etc<div><br></div><div>Equally remember that the government offices are run from linux/unix servers obviously customized to suit their own model/architecture/design thus if you go to mobile OS, android is better suited to be cut-to-size without attracting any court cases.</div>
