my thots. this statement by seacom is a joke, imo. the seas are patrolled by multinational frigates. For a project this size, one would expect to run into hostile enviroments thus planning should have been in place along this corridor. Opps, they just woke up! silly me but who can blame them. A whole ship with tanks was sailing unescorted in such waters, so seacom must really be budget strapped to afford extra security cover for their project. :-)
