When we get information from anyone other than the official source we seek clarification. And we did so. That's indicated in the story, that by the time we published they hadn't responded. We also updated the story when they replied to our email and questions.

When they say everything is false in the article, we can prove that we sent them an email and they hadn't responded 5 hours later when we published the story. They responded right after we published. Sendy, also a subject in the story responded quite early.
