I was talking with PCK on Facebook and they were able to tell me that my package is at customs and I should go pick it up. I've just gotten it after paying customs. Charges came to around 5600 On 19 Mar 2014 14:33, "Thuo Wilson" <lixton@gmail.com> wrote:

@Thuo, I'm waiting to see how your case will turn out; especially if there are fees/duties to be paid.
The grey part with door-step deliveries is the settlement of those statutory fees. When and to whom do you pay?
- The boda-boda guy upon delivery? [?][?] - Do you still have to go to the EMS office to settle this, then head back to your station and wait for the package?
That's how I find own-pick-up option more convenient for such cases.
@Tony - i actually gave a Westalands office address - in the first place i thought this USPS works like DHL. Now it hit me it isn't. I will be very keen to see how things unfold here and very much close to this tracker - just bookmarked and made it my home page for the next 30days.
Kind Regards, Wilson./
