additionally, since most VPS price on volume of traffic, you need to do something like avg size of email X number of subscribers X number of emails in a month to have an approximate amount of bandwidth expected. then factor that in your computations if youre looking at a big list.

So far I have the provider (MailMan - opensource) and I have the domain. The hosting is the tricky bit, most hosts restrict number of emails sent out from a domain.
