I think this is one of the best Internships available in the market. You get to Network with Industry professionals, Corporates and gets to learn a lot in the process.
However it's a lot of work, it boils down to if our Interns are looking for Work or a Job.
Maybe we should design a Skunkworks Peer Rated Status which means anyone who contributes and is active towards this initiative gets earns status points. Am would want to believe such peer rated status would be attractive to most employers at least IMHO. Maybe this might be a useful incentive to get folks interested hopefully in a genuine way.
