[Skunkworks] Hard Disk Recovery

Hellow skunks and skunkettes, Anyone know someone or a company that can perform data recovery from a failed hard disk? The disk does not get recognized or picked by the machine so chkdsk scan does not work nor could i use tools like recovery disk or HIREN tools to scan the disk. The hard disk only has a clicking sound when the machine is booted and nothing else. Really need advice and help to recover the data. Have a great day! Warm regards, Amarjit Singh Labhuram.
