Well i am looking to acquire a DVB-T device that has a dual reciever ,hard drive ,LAN enabled for internet browsing and youtube , it uses HDMI cables or the standard video and can read almost all video formarts ..its gonna set me back like 120 $ but next year the guy will avail a android version since the one they have at the moment is at 150$ but doesnt come with DVB-T<div>

<br>Wondering if there&#39;s a way that one can improve the picture quality, or is it a matter of importing chips. Wonder about the possibility  of doing your own such device with chips that provide TV, USB, Analog video in and sound out , and possibly have an OS such as Android . <br>
