This simply means that the IP address 41.81.66.161 is not referenced in DNS as the MX record for mmycool.co.ke domain.

mail# host -tmx mmycool.co.ke
Host mmycool.co.ke not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)

So, once you sort out the DNS issues (either by yourself or your ISP can do that for you) you will be able to send out mails.

But you really don't have to try sending mail out to the Internet from a nonexistent domain. How do you expect (if ever) to get replies?
