Well im not familiar with cygwin for windows, but if it were linux i'd throw you some of my conf files for kannel which is pretty good. Ozeki is cool but commercial. so features are pretty limited and crack.....! try active x stuff like oxygen, cracks are all over the place i guess and is cool too for connections with your phone.
