Ok3ch - I'm sure if you call/walk up to the mpesa division at Safaricom they have all the information you need, ofcourse its all about how much money your mpesa number can bring in. I agree with Dennis, become an mpesa partner.. that is what the Paybill function is all about (reversal of a paybill transaction is not possible by a customer, if he/she calls customer care they will be referred to the company they made the payment to). seems the only option at the moment is to register your business with mpesa. it also discourages you from using the normal mpesa in your business.
