[Skunkworks] Safaricom systems are stealing from us.....

Hi friends, Note:Am not here to fuel price wars. Last evening i loaded credit of *50/=* to my Safaricom line and made two calls to Safaricom numbers and sent two long SMS. I also minimally surfed on my phone browser. The summary is as below. (Between 8.20pm and 9pm) Call1 55/60 * 3 = 2.75 Call2 107/60*3 = 5.35 Surfing = 3.00 SMS 2*2*3.50 = 14.00 Total = *Kshs 25.10* On dialling *144# my balance reads Kshs 2.40. My question is, where did my Kshs 22.50 go to?? Somebody please help out here....this could be happening to many kenyans. Its about time all customers were mandatorily given copies of SLAs.
