i too think this process should be made easier, gun are all over but in the wrong hands, so as long as you can prove to be capable of taking and handling one with the care that it deserves, then you should access one. Am sick and tired of these guy who wait for you to sweat yourself all the way then they come taking it like there was an agreement....!!!
These guys need to be put where they deserve, 6ft UNDER!!
