A couple of days ago, a friend told me that the Kenyan Embassy was evacuating Kenyans there(e.g students, workers, i.e the wanachi) on loan-term basis. The wanachi who were were returned home were paid for the ticket by the embassy, and they have to pay it back when they decide to return to Egypt.

Can anyone confirm this?
