Skunks,<br>Just had a glance of the Power rationing schedule. It&#39;s from 0600 to 1800. With proper planning Solar Arrays in North Eastern (What man can do) rather than praying for El nino&#39;( Man cannot do....and neither can he handle the aftermath). <br>

Who uses this data?<br>Well we are digitizing our electricity meters...Is it too much to ask for UP/Down meters...there&#39;s no much RnD required as some countries are using it. <br>
<br>On the energy saving bulbs. If all households save 50W. That&#39;d be welcome. Well it&#39;ll only reduce a few shillings &lt;100 on your elec bill but nationally that&#39;d be (&lt;100)*count(households). Heck we could power all our lighting load from these solar arrays. Small scale businesses like vinyozis can benefit from the same...<br>
