[Skunkworks] Equitel - M-Pesa battle heats up as Safaricom raises M-Pesa termination fees

Equitel has silently hiked up the amount it charges to send money to M-Pesa, leading to a rise of more than 100% and even 200% depending on the amount you are sending.
