Here is where market dynamics come in handy. The demand and supply will determine which the next level of SIM cards to be produced. I'm sure when Zain becomes Airtel, they'll need to think of this development and perhaps produce the Micro SIMs since they have to phase the current Zain SIM cards in the market.
For Safaricom and the rest of the providers, that should be a determinant factor once there is a substantial market(or clientele) for iPADS!
