Ndungu, inasmuch as i totally loved that movie, i don't think it is admissible in court. Why is it that this topic seems to come up over and over again and everyone seems to have their own opinion. Kwani there aint a skunk lawyer who can tell us explictly what that act states? I thought acts of parliament are written in black and white? Its either illegal or it is not.
