The urban folk (poor or otherwise) always have to contend with costs associated with anything urban:
1) Electricity
2) Water
3) Food
4) Transport
5) Communications

If you are urban, expect tariffs on the higher side ...
I  those who live outside Nairobi...Items 1,2,3 and now 5 are, in most cases, way lower...

tariffs and a positive voluntary step towards Universal Access.

But what would Safaricom be considering for urban poor, high-density
areas, for example, for my friends at Korogocho and Kibera???
