Tap *Access Point Names.*
Press *Menu button.*
Tap *New APN.*
Tap Name.
Enter *Safaricom Live* Tap OK.
Tap APN.
Enter *safaricom* Tap OK.
Tap Proxy.
Enter *172.022.002.038* Tap OK.
Tap Port.
Enter *8080* Tap OK.
Tap Username.
Enter *saf* Tap OK.
Tap Password.
Enter *data* Tap OK
Tap on Menu then select save settings
Press Back.
Press Home icon to go back to main page.
The settings have been applied and are ready for use.
