People have been talking about their e-mails not being delivered because the provider has blocked particular ports (among other net connection issues, especially to some websites).

 

Out of pure curiosity, could some providers be scanning content passing through their networks? How would a provider go about scanning content? I think it will be an interesting discussion to know how this can be archieved, even though it might not be currently happening.
