You will be surprised, how many rural folk can easily afford a 35000 laptop after selling their wheat or maize bumper harvest. Unfortunately some might be deciding btw marrying a second (or third) wife and getting the laptop. Samsung should do some catchy ads to that effect
Hi,With all due respect but targetting the rural folk with a laptop priced ad 35,000 shs is way of. However it is a brilliant strategy if they work with government for the regional county offices.Warm Regards,Kevin OmondiOn Thu, Sep 15, 2011 at 8:36 AM, King'ori J. I didn't even know that Samsung was here locally! Seems like Kenya, thanks to Ushahidi & iHub is quickly becoming the destination of choice for all these tech firms ... they've got a local Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/samsungmobilekenya) and Twitter (https://twitter.com/#!/SamsungMobileKE) accounts to engage their audience. What do you guys think about this move?
