
Thanks for this. Well, the client wants to take this approach in regard to getting this solution ; 1. It has been implemented at a law firm and if a site visit is possible, well and good. 2. The IT firm or individual implementing it is reputable in the industry. I think the above is guided by the fact that they are lawyers and they like to carry out their activities in an 'organized' manner.
