Is that to say that while you are experiencing this outage and say on your phone you switched to your Safaricom data you are able to receive emails?

hi all,

We have been facing the same issue since Monday. Something to do with Google mail servers being in an IPv6 environment while am on a IPv4 environment. Has anyone encountered this? Am very adamant on dual stacking on my perimeter router. Any help is appreciated.
