This could be a graphics driver issue.Linux mint 12 has support for more drives,why don&#39;t you upgrade to that? Does the issue affect all 6 computers? Do they have the same specs? Try testing the live C.D you used for installation on a different model of machine and see whether you have the same problem.<br>

celeron 1.70GHz
ram 512 DDR DIMM
graphics S3 prosavage DDR
connected to a sahara 17&#39; TFT
