Aparently, the CCN has two websites one ending with a .org and another ending with a .com (I think). One of these still has Wathika as the Mayor and Gakuo as the Town Clerk!
There is also another interesting site by the current Town Clerk, Philip Kisia which goes something like: www.ideasfornairobi.org.
I'm unsure whether the Hamurabi Code is available on these sites, though!
