At the moment, operators will play around with fair usage and squeeze
the dollars per users while they can. As the market matures, service
based packages will kick in. P2P users will have their plans as with
email and HTTP plans. Perhaps P2P users can be given priority during
offpeak/ungodly hours, then nyonga them during the day.
