[Skunkworks] Kenyan domains

Hi, I have just tried a search for .co.ke domains on https://www.eac.eacdirectory.co.ke and it tells me all the suggested names are taken and there is an error connecting to the .ke registry due to fibre cuts. Somebody with info on this?
