@Wash, I think enterprise falls under volume licensing scenarios and therefore access to it is via organizations which purchase software assurance with MS on volume over 1000pcs' with optimised scenarios. Ultimate can be bought of the shelf and a standalone OS solution . ( in the context of single/multiple deployments ). HTHs.
