The new feature set is quite intensive, they have made it in such a way that the home, back and refresh buttons are now is software and not on the phone. They also have incorporate Google beam which uses NFC, and Google wallet will also be incorporated. The hardware changes are also enormous so am not sure it will be compatible, it looks custom made for the Samsung Galaxy Nexus. Maybe they will have revision to this later in the year for all other Android devices.
