I believe these are the things that need addressing...... a) was there any consultations done by the stakeholders? (what is the process of increasing or reducing your costs to the Internet services? is there any? ) b) should the prices of Internet in Kenya be going up or down? c) so the extra charges are for increased speed??? Why?? does it mean that the current packages speed was not part of the cost? or ? ...... Me thinks , we should should be having better speed anyway....
