I don't think it illegal to have Bein sport, I think it's illegal to sell in Kenya though. But just like you can get a KU dish and point to some random sat with free to air channels I think it's the same. I know in Uganda UCC equivalent of CCK published a press release about 1 year ago saying Bein was no allow to broadcast in Uganda. That has not stopped some guys from selling Bein though under the counter. There is also another box called the qsat which unscrambles Dstv. Again illegal but that didn't stop sales.
