Skunks, What i have come to learn with ISPs in Kenya, there's no bad ISP and there's no good ISP. For the big boys i.e AK, Safaricom, Liquid, JTL, Wananchi, Telkom, there's always customers who are loyal, happy with the service and would never leave the ISP while at the same time there are strong critics who would never use that particular ISP. Without Liquid or Access (IS), you are left to deal with Safaricom, JTL and Orange (Telkom). As Wash said, contacts are on their respective websites. But it might all come down to which provider has infrastructure ready in your premises.
