[Skunkworks] WHAT IS WRONG WITH SAFARICOM INTERNET

Hello my good people, I am starting to wonder whether I am being swindled. I am connected to safcom internet which they hyped to be the best. Thing is, their speeds are so disappointing. I am having way better connections on safcom bundles which leads me to believe that the office internet connections are being routed to satellite gateways coz they are soooooo slow:-(. Especially when I ping to international hosted websites. Right now I am on bamba net in the office coz the lan connection is unbearable. Si hii ni kurudishwa nyuma in this fiberlink age? Again, I cant help but wonder whether I am being swindled "SAFCON Style". What do you think? Is it a common problem?
