They definitely can. And we've got capacity today to launch 1000s of servers at Angani. And we've already built redundancy in (multiple datacenter). Waiting for the call ... :) But I think the problem may be deeper. It can't be just the fronted servers. You have to look at the application itself - is the fronted web service able to handle lots of load, is the DB able to handle lots of connections & transactions, and is all the code optimized properly. a small 4 GB VM can handle a LOT of requests, if optimized right, and using the right stack. I read only about 1.3m individuals have registered for iTax. That's small, and easily handled technically. However, I think we have a long way to go in internet services adoption if we can only penetrate to that level.
