
Not quite. In 2012 we will be woken up from a peaceful stupor from our poiticians who will remind us of the communities we come from , cause us to hack each other therfore digital TV will be the last of priorities. On a more serious note I do not think this is likely because there is as yet no station that has mentioned of plans to go digital..not even KBC. The other theory may be that most broadcasters may piggy back on DSTVs infrastructure who plan to roll out HD later in the year.
