At least port 25 is still open! Closing it and forcing those using it to use port 465 or any other port they deem fit is okay, AFAIAC.
What amazes me is just one - these guys never quite update their servers. Exim 4.63, while the latest version is 4.69!! Either they have thousands of servers (server cluster/farm) or their IT guys are a very relaxed lot, or perhaps in slumber.
