When you say "our organization", I assume you have a corporate server handling e-mails for your staff, yes/no?
If you are using an Open Source MTA, then it most likely supports PCRE (Perl Compatible Regular Expressions). Exim (my favorite) and Postfix both do. You can use an RE match to redirect mail from that sender to /dev/null (bit bucket).
If you use any other MTA, just RTFM on how to block sender addresses for that MTA.
