i doubt there is anything the law can do for your and your client. According to what you have provided, the second entity acquired the domain name legally. the biashara they run is of no consequence as at now. 
your options: add a hyphen somewhere in your name :) , look for a different domain ,or bribe the other entity to sell you the name like in the case of domain parking (i think thats what they call it).
