I understand , unlike the mobile where you get per minute, the KPLC  includes the abnormal things like fuel adjustment, fixed charge, forex exchange  and so forth , i  mean the things that  in the normal meters  you pay for more than the actual electricity consumed, <div>
<br></div><div>so  if you top up for the first tyme in a billing period, the majority will go to the abnormal things , but if you top up the second time, you get more for your power because  this things have not been factored </div>
