Start by downloading the System Scanner from http://www.crucial.com/, once it has run and scanned your system, it will give you two things:

1. The exact type of memory you are currently

2. The cost of various upgrade options if purchased from them

Then call or email Starcomss, give them the exact memory type you got from 1 above, and they will give you the cost.

Finally, you can get the same RAM quoted by Starcom, 2nd hand and cheaper from the shops on the "other" side of moi avenue :-)
