I do remember when the govt was introducing the PIN system for KRA, which was mandatory for one to do business, some quarters (I think it was some churches) said this was partial fulfillment of your quoted verse from Revelations! I also recall some people said the Pope is the entity with the number 666. It was Pope John Paul II, who is now long gone!
